1. Prepaid Orders Only: We accept 100% prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
2. Made-to-Order Products: All our kurtis are made or customized according to your order. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.
3. Order Processing: Orders are usually processed within the mentioned timeline. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
4. Size & Customization: Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements for custom orders.
5. Returns & Exchanges: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive a wrong or damaged product. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fitting, or change-of-mind requests.
6. Product Appearance: Slight variations in color or print may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
7. Shipping: Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
